This policy will apply to physical products sold directly by Beauty Tool Atlas. No physical products are currently offered for sale. Product-specific terms displayed at checkout will control where they are more specific.
Order processing
Processing times, stock status and estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product or checkout page before payment. Orders are not guaranteed until payment is accepted and an order confirmation is issued.
Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations, carriers, service levels and shipping charges will be displayed at checkout. Beauty Tool Atlas currently plans to launch in Canada; no destination should be assumed until checkout accepts the address.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Weather, carrier disruption, customs, address errors and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Address accuracy and failed delivery
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if an error is discovered. We cannot promise an address can be changed after fulfilment begins.
Damage, loss and support
Report a damaged, missing or materially delayed order to info@beautytoolatlas.com with the order number and relevant evidence. We will review the carrier record and available remedy.
